Glycerin USP/FCC  is one of the most versatile and valuable chemical substances known to man. It possesses a unique combination of physical and chemical properties that are utilized in a variety of products. Glycerin USP/FCC has over 1,500 known end uses, including many applications as an ingredient or processing aid in cosmetics, toiletries, personal care, pharmaceutical drugs, and food products. It is served as a sweetener, preservative and thickening agent in food products and as a solvent for flavors and food colorings in beverages. It is used in cosmetics and body care products to assist in retaining moisture and is helpful in pulling oxygen into the skin. It is one of the most widely used ingredients in all types of drug and pharmaceutical products including ointments, syrups, capsules, suppositories, etc. Our Glycerin USP/FCC meets the requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and meets FCC Requirements.
