Applications
Ammonium fluoride is used for etching and frosting of glass, preservation of food and in woods, in printing textile, and as mothproofing agent. It is used in chemical analysis in brewing beer. It has also been used in commercial uses like, building materials, printing and dying textiles and in semiconductors. It has also been used in site-limited use as a surface treatment (for metal and non-metal surfaces), and as an intermediate in manufacturing.
